Lois Carey, 88, of Lexa, Arkansas passed away September 1, 2018. Mrs. Carey was born May 20, 1930 to Herman Brown and Della Copeland Brown in Tahlequah, Oklahoma.
Mrs. Carey is survived by five sons, Johnny Dunlap (Linda) of Marvell, Arkansas, Richard Dunlap of Leggett, California, Terry Dunlap (Debbie) of Marion, Arkansas, Darrell Dunlap (Robin) of Cabot, Arkansas, Barry Gasaway (Gay) of Springdale, Arkansas; three daughters, Luddie Conner of Marianna, Arkansas, Polly Hopper (Woody) of Lexa, Arkansas and Diann Lederman (Pat) of Lexa, Arkansas; fifteen grandchildren, twenty four great-grandchildren; one sister, Leona Hyde of Eugene,OR.; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Mrs. Carey was preceded in death by her parents; three husbands; one daughter, Della Williams; one son, Robert Dunlap; one sister, Polly Hill and one brother, Pete Manus.
Mrs. Carey was a self-employed seamstress. She was a faithful member of Fourth Street Baptist Church up until her health failed.

Graveside services will be Wednesday, September 5, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Sunset Memorial Park, West Helena, Arkansas Visitation from 10:00-11:00 a.m. at Roller-Citizens Chapel West Helena, Arkansas.
