Katherine Mae Cantrell Hellums, age 49, of Salesville, Arkansas, passed away Thursday, August 16, 2018, at Baxter Regional Medical Center in Mountain Home, Arkansas.
She was born January 24, 1969, in Wichita, Kansas, to J.D. Cantrell and Anna Mae Wallis Cantrell. She was a member of Arkana Baptist Church and was a Certified Nursing Assistant at area nursing homes. She enjoyed watching TV, visiting with family, shopping and bingo.
She is survived by a daughter, Addieline (Evan) Gibbins: Western Grove, Arkansas; a brother, Jody (Tonia) Cantrell: Norfork, Arkansas; two sisters, Patricia Hudnall: Midway, Arkansas and Jennifer (Josh) Helms: Mountain Home; a grandson: Whyatt Gibbins: Western Grove; companion, Alfred Wiginton: Salesville; stepfather, Phillip Spann: Arkana; stepmother, Lori Cantrell: Mountain Home; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, J.D. Cantrell and Anna Mae Cantrell Spann.
Visitation will be from Noon-9:00 P.M. Sunday, August 19, 2018 with the family receiving friends from 6:00-8:00 P.M. at Roller Funeral Home. A Graveside Service will be 11:00 A.M. Monday, August 20, 2018, at Arkana Cemetery with Brother Eldon Hellums and Brother Isaac Helms officiating. Memorials may be made toward funeral expenses.
Roller Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
