THOMAS JAMES MARSHALL OBITUARY

Thomas James Marshall, age 65, of Batavia, Arkansas, passed away Tuesday, August 14, 2018, in Harrison. He was born May 14, 1953, in St. Louis, Missouri, the son of Gaynell and Bertha (Dietrich) Marshall. Thomas was preceded in death by his parents; his son, Thomas James ''TJ' Marshall; and his brother, William Marshall

Thomas is survived by his wife, Mary Jo (Crawford) Marshall, of the home; his daughter, Donna (Louis) Walker of Harrison; his mother-in-law, Juanita Crawford, of Lead Hill; his grandchildren, Mason Walker, Abagail Walker, and Logan Marshall; three brothers; eight sisters; and many wonderful friends.

Thomas was of the Catholic faith. He and Mary were married in 1985 in St. Louis, Missouri. He was a die-hard Cardinals fan and loved to play video poker nightly with his trusty companion, Iggy, by his side. Thomas worked for Claridge Extrusions for many years. He was a hard-working dedicated employee. When Thomas wasn't at work, he was working at home; he thoroughly loved to be outside tending to his garden and working in the yard.

Rosary service is 9:30 AM, Saturday, August 25, 2018 with Memorial Service following, both at Mary Mother of God Catholic Church in Harrison, with Father Jim Fanrak officiating.

Interment will be at a later date.

Honorary Pallbearers are Thomas' Claridge family and the ER staff at NARMC.
