I first met Charlotte in 1982 in Germany, thanks to the Army. However, that brief assignment led to years of friendship. Her life took some changes after that and she met Walter (and I thank God she did). But one thing always remained. She was forever the sweet, loving, giving person that I met so long ago. You will be missed.
I'm not even sure what to say. You will be extremely missed Charlotte. You constantly put everyone else before yourself, and there are going to be many that are lost without you. You were one for the most dedicated and caring individuals I have ever met. The world is a little bit darker now without your light.
Charlotte was a wonderful person that loved everyone. I’m praying that God will show you love and peace through all. Love, Shirley Kirk
