Hugh Dean Sullivan passed away peacefully at his home on Friday, August 3, 2018 at the age of 88. Hugh was born July 8, 1930 in Colt, Arkansas to parents William Roy Sullivan and Alice Roberts Sullivan. He later met the love of his life Christine and the two were able to spend nearly 65 years together before God called him home.

Hugh was an Army Veteran of the Korean War. Before relocating to Imboden, Arkansas from the West Memphis area in 1996, he was a successful manager of the local United Pratt-Lambert now known as Sherwin-Williams for 30 years. He was an avid Razorback and Cardinal fan. Hugh loved being active in the community in things such as the Scouts, Little League Baseball and the West Memphis Civitan Club. After moving to Imboden he began cattle farming, being active in CASA, local politics and became known throughout the community as the ''Mayor of Old Jackson Road''. He was also a member of the Imboden Church of Christ.

Hugh is survived by his wife Christine, two sons; Steve Sullivan (Chris) and Randy Sullivan (Leigh) all of West Memphis, Arkansas and one daughter; Terry Sullivan of Thomasville, Georgia, his niece; Donna Snyder (H.L.) of Koshkonong, Missouri, eight grandchildren; Laura Roberts, Abby Hester, Adam Sullivan, Jesse Small, Danner Sullivan, Keauna Coston, Jalyssa Gibson and Michael Bailey along with six great-grandchildren. Hugh was preceded in death by his parents and sisters Willjean Holland, Jearline Melton and Edna Faye Holt.
