Erma Jo Barnett, 89, of Batesville passed away Tuesday, June 19, 2018.

She was born in Batesville to the late Joseph Franklin and Maud (Cawley) Chrisco on Sunday, May 19, 1929.

Erma was a wonderful mother who loved her family very much.

She is survived by one son, Virgil Asay (Patricia) of Batesville, one step-son, Jerrell Barnett (Virginia) of Searcy, two step-daughters, Phyllis Meredith of Sherwood and Anita Coombe (Tony) of Bald Knob, three grandchildren, eight step-grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, 16
step-great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.

Erma is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Dale Barnett, one son, three sisters, and one brother.

Pallbearers will be Stephen Helms, Bobby Swift, Trinity Asay, Bobby Jo Keener, and Ernest Tate.

A graveside service will be held at Pleasant Valley Cemetery at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, June 22, 2018 with Brother Jackie McCarroll officiating.

Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. '''' 11:00 a.m. at the Roller-Crouch Funeral Home prior to the service.
