Lillian Ailene Ross, 89, of Mountain View died June 1, 2018, at Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock.

The daughter of Lewis Brazil Green and Edna Vera (May) Green, she was born Aug. 3, 1928, in Mountain View.

Lillian spent her life as a loving daughter, sister, wife, aunt, mother and grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend to everyone she met. She had the best sense of humor, and her smile and laugh were contagious. She loved to cook and crochet and garden. She loved caring for her hummingbirds. She loved music and dancing and her dog, Bailey.

She is survived by her children, Ronald Bruce Moore and wife Sandy, Connie Sue Edwards, Redda May Lively, and Jay H. Johnson and wife Patricia; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; one sister, Zelda Louis Mahaney and husband J.C.; one brother, Melvin ''Leon'' Green and wife Elizabeth; and many nephews and nieces.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 33 years, Barney Ross; sisters, Janet Kay Adams and Delsa Marie Robinson; and a brother-in-law, Nathan Robinson.

Visitation will be Thursday, June 7, from 6 to 8 p.m at Roller Coffman Funeral Home in Mountain View, Arkansas. Funeral services will be Friday, June 8, at 11 a.m. at Roller Coffman Funeral Home in Mountain View, Arkansas with Brother Stanley Sutterfield officiating.

Interment will be at Rushing Cemetery.

Pallbearers are Jeremy Johnson, Matt Moore, Jim Bob White, Shane McElroy, Lacy McElroy, and Justin Caldwell.

Roller Coffman Funeral Home in Mountain View, Arkansas is in charge of the arrangements.
