Gloria S. Jones, age 62, of Helena, Arkansas passed away Wednesday, May 30, 2018 at her home. Ms. Jones was born March 5, 1956 in Smyrna, Tennessee to the late Theodore and Martha Shuford. She served as the Phillips County Tax Assessor for many years.
She is survived by a son, Steven ''Ted'' Jones (Rachel) of Judsonia; daughter, Jennifer Bates Edwards (Jeff) of Mountain View; six grandchildren, Morgen McSpadden, Gwyn Edwards, Greysen Edwards, Kaitlyn Buster, Kolby Buster and Kameron Whitfield; sister, Sherri Mooneyham of Mountain View; and a host of family and friends.
Gloria was preceded in death by her parents and one sister.
No services are planned at this time.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to the Humane Society of the Delta or to the charity of your choice.

Little cuz, I am so sorry to hear of Big Cuz death. We went many places together while running around in school. We had so many great times. I talked to her a while back and she reminded me of things. My God hold her, bless her, and keep her. I'll never forget her. Bless her and family.
