She touched the lives of so many. I'm praying for friends to comfort you, faith to uphold you, and loving memories to warm you. My own sorrow from my losses always remind me of this from Wendy Feireisen,
You don't get over it, you just get through it.
You don't get by it, because you can't get around it.
It doesn't 'get better,' it just gets different.
Everyday...Grief puts on a new fact...
May God hold you in his hands in this time of sorrow.

So sorry to hear about Brenda. Lots of memories of being in her class. She was always so funny. Years after graduation when I would run into her, she still had that great sense of humor. She touched alot of lives and will be missed. Sending prayers to the family.

I don't where to begin, Brenda was a good friend and one heck of a teacher in Osceola. I know that some of the students would have not made it through school if it hadn't been for her and the special teaching that she gave. I think God calls special people to be teachers and he was one of those he called. Tommy, and Eric May you be comforted by the many warm thoughts of those who have cared for Brenda. My prayers are with you through this time.

I don’t even know where to begin. Mrs. Meadows impacted so so many lives over your career! I remember the first day of 10th grade where I had her for first period English. This was her first year at Osceola. I saw her and I thought to myself “She will be a pushover!” Boy, was I ever wrong! She quickly put me into my place and I totally respected her for it. We were lifelong friends from that point. Our political arguments err discussions were the best! Mrs. Meadows will be missed by more than she could ever imagine. Our prayers are with Tommy, Eric, and their family.

You will be truly missed. I don't know if I could have made it to retirement in teaching if not for your support. Praying for peace for the family.
