I am so sorry to hear of Terry's passing. He was a good friend and always made sure he provided legal advise to assist me with my job there in NLR. Breaks my heart to know he was only 62 yrs of age. I didn't know he had been ill. Thank you Terry for being my friend. You now have peace.
I will miss you and value all the memories and what you taught me. Love forever (Sissy)
I am deeply sorry for your families loss. I have personally found comfort in the scriptures such as the one at Revelation 21:4 where we learn that soon suffering, pain and death will be no more. Again, I express my sympathies and hope you find comfort in this message.
Now his ashes should float upon the river, time that should have been made to aplogize and forgive each other has passed along with his spirit is now at rest. His job was to fight for the rights of all he met and not saying goodbye I will always reget. My apologies and repect to his family.
Terry will be missed. I was lucky enough to have the chance to work with him over the years. He wore many hats in his legal profession and he wore them all well.
Sorry for your loss. I have known Terry many years, we went to school together, and many years together at Ironton Baptist Church. Prayers for your family.
I have known Terry for many years He has been my friend, my boss and my defender. I am so sorry to hear of his passing. He was always there to help anyone he could. I will be praying for his family and just know that God will get them through this difficult time.
I knew Terry as a fraternity brother, golf partner, and most importantly as a friend. He had a keen intellect and an easy smile, but it was his generous and compassionate nature that illuminated his world and all those fortunate enough to know him. Its a mark of a good man and a life well lived when all who knew him can instantly recount how he helped them, befriended them, and protected them while never asking for anything in return. Terry's gentle and loving memory will remain in our hearts forever. God bless you my dear friend.
The officers and members of Sylvan Hills Masonic Lodge #754 send our deepest sympathy to the family of our Brother at this time. Terry came to Sylvan Hills as a result of the merger of Mt. Sinai Lodge #749. Nonetheless, we feel his loss, and share it with his family.

Your family's loss is in our thoughts and prayers. Sending our Love, Dutchie and Popie.
Sorry to hear of the sudden passing of Terry. My husband knew him better than myself but I did have the privilege of him defending me this year in a traffic case! He was a great guy and you could certainly tell that he was more concerned with helping others rather than money. Terry will be sorely missed and I will be praying for the family during this difficult time. Rest in peace Mr. Ballard.
Sending our thoughts and prayers for Terry and family at this time of sorrow. May loving memories fill your hearts and minds as you remember Terry and heal. Our love and condolences.
I worked with Terry in my first job out of law school. He was always so kind to me, so willing to answer my questions, and to also remind me to laugh! I so appreciate everything I learned from him and am grateful that I had the opportunity to work with someone as wonderful as him. Thanks, Terry, for everything. I will miss you! Rest in peace. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family and friends.
Terry was a great guy. He would help anyone that would let him. I admired how he could chew you up on the stand and then make you laugh with him when he was done . See you on the other aide Sir.
He was a good friend and great attorney. His loss is a great loss to us all.
Prayers for peace and comfort for your family during this time of loss. We were truly sadden by this news.
Terry was one of those nice guys you just never forget. I can still remember him from NLR court, just happy to help anyone. He was a great one and now GOD has another great angel.
