Elsie Monteen Reynolds, age 92 of Marshall, Arkansas promoted to glory on Saturday, March 31st, 2018 in Conway, AR. with her family by her side. She was born in Bee Branch, AR on August 30th, 1925 to Orvile Geary and Bonnie (Brown) Geary. Monteen was married to O.B. Reynolds.
First and foremost, Monteen was a devout, God fearing Christian lady. Her love of God was her dearest passion. She and her husband, O.B., loved playing music at church and several nursing homes. She was an accomplished song writer. Her God given talents were used to write over three hundred songs in her life time. Her love of prose lead her to write poetry as well. Her written poems are too numerous to count. Her daughter and grandchildren were her pride and joy in this life. Her love and passion extended beyond what has already been stated, such as, crocheting, fishing, gardening, and her flower beds. When it comes to professional baseball, the Chicago Cubs are the greatest team in the big leagues.
Monteen is survived by her daughter, Carol Carter; granddaughters, Sherry (Eric) Williams, Lisa (James) Lockridge, Lenora (Micky) Langston, and Brandy (Wendle) Ramsey; seven great-grandchildren and one future great-great grandchild. Monteen is preceded in death by her parents, her sisters, her husband, O.B. Reynolds, her son Carl Lee ''Sonny'' Williams, her great-grandson James M. Lack III, and her son-in-law Bob Carter.
Funeral services for Monteen Reynolds will be 2:00 PM Tuesday, April 3rd, 2018 at Faith Church in Dennard, Arkansas with Bro. Tommy Jolly officiating. Burial will follow at Dennard Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Eric William, James Lockridge, Micky Langston, Wendle Ramsey, Dalton Lack, and Kevin Elliott. Honorary pallbearers will be Sonny Woods, Alex Erbach, Gueorgui Tchamkoriyski, and Donald Nunley.

TEEN was such a loving Lady. I will miss her so much. She was such Good company when I was baby sitting at Carolyn house.
