Elizabeth Warner, 88 of Little Rock passed away on Tuesday, March 20, 2018. Liz, as she was known by her family and friends, lived a full rich life as a mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was the matriarch of our family as she was the oldest of nine children born of Calvin and Allie Jacks.

Liz was a master seamstress and worked for many years as the head of alterations for Dillard's Department Stores. She loved her family unconditionally and was always interested in doing what made others happy. Liz was a great cook and enjoyed preparing meals for her family and friends. She and Austin were married for 61 years and leaves a legacy of hard work, love, and kindness.

Liz was predeceased by her parents; her husband, Austin Warner; brother, Bob Jacks; sister, Jean Day; and granddaughter, Alex Pope. She is survived by her daughters, June (Ronnie) Madding of Little Rock and Patricia (Scotty) Pope of Benton; grandchildren, Darrell Madding of El Dorado, Leigh Ann Davis of Little Rock, Josh Pope of Benton, and Caroline Shelnutt, also of Benton; great-grandchildren, Sydnee, Marla, Seth, Ryland, Liam, Abby, Ivan, Aria; sister, Frances Calva of Scott; brothers, Bill Jacks of Fairview Heights, Illinois, Jerry Jacks of Las Vegas, Nevada, David Jacks of Little Rock, Glen Jacks of Little Rock, and Wayne Jacks of Las Vegas, Nevada.

Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, March 24, 2018 at Roller-Chenal Funeral Home Chapel, 13801 Chenal Parkway, Little Rock, Arkansas (501) 224-8300. Visitation will be from 5:00-7:00 p.m., Friday, March 23 at the funeral home.

I will Miss You Liz all our crazy phone calls and visits. We never got to go on that trip we talked about and you never got to bake me that cake. But I know you have went on a better trip now than we had planned and will bake a cake for all that Your with now. Liz was always so proud of all her family.
