Timothy Allen Vowell, age 59, of Dallas, Texas passed away Saturday, December 30, 2017. Timothy was born July 5, 1958 in Rockford, Illinois to Cecil and Virginia Goodman Vowell. He was the owner of Lonestar Glass Company.

Timothy was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Kimberlee Vowell.

He is survived by eight brothers, Michael C. Vowell and wife, Terri of Freeport, Illinois, Jack A. Vowell of Paragould, Arkansas, Robert A. Vowell of Memphis, Tennessee, Cecil M. Vowell and Jennifer of Tulsa, Oklahoma, William J. Vowell and wife, Caroline of Memphis, Tennessee, Harvey P. Vowell and Malinda of Lincoln, Arkansas, Andrew D. Vowell of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Jonathan G. Vowell and wife, Lisa of West Fork, Arkansas; six sisters, Patricia M. Jones and husband, Dave, of Lowell, Arkansas, Lynda K. Bolin and husband, Jerry of Dallas, Texas, Brenda F. Vowell of Jonesboro, Arkansas, Jo Ann Rivera of Rockford, Illinois, Jessica D. Metzger and husband, David of Elgin, Illinois and Thressa M. Vowell of Elgin, Illinois.

Timothy also leaves behind, to cherish his memory, a special friend who loved him very much, Elsa Gregory of Dallas, Texas.

A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00pm, Monday, January 15, 2018 at Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home in Jonesboro, with Jerry Bolin officiating.

Visitation will precede the service at 12:30pm Monday at the funeral home.
