Marion Wilburn, Jr., age 82, of West Helena, Arkansas passed away Thursday, December 21, 2017 at his home. Mr. Wilburn was born February 24, 1935 in Duck Hill, Mississippi to the late Manus Marion and Sue Carrie Wilburn. He was a carpenter and worked for Russ Wates Lumber Company for over 40 years.

Mr. Wilburn is survived by one son, Gene Wilburn (Kim) of Lexa; five grandchildren, Sheila Wilburn, Amanda Wilburn, Erica Cook, Kinney Wilburn and Shawn Wilburn; ten great-grandchildren; one sister, Sue Perkins of Millington, Tennessee; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his son, Doyle Wilburn; and sister, Louise Bailey.

No services will be held for Mr. Wilburn.
