Lula Frances Ramsey, 81, of Mabelvale, passed away December 18, 2017, in Little Rock, Arkansas. She was born November 17, 1936, in Louisville, Mississippi to the late Barney and Ester Pope Franklin. She worked as an inspector for Philips Lighting Company for many years.
She is preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Jane Marie Dorn; two brothers and five sisters. She is survived by her husband, Cicero Ramsey; two sons: Larry L. (Jannetta) Duran and David R. (Pat) Pepper; seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
Funeral Service will be held Saturday, 10:00 A.M., December 23, at Roller-Drummond Funeral Home, 10900 Interstate 30, Little Rock, AR. Visitation will be from 9-10 prior to the service. Entombment will follow at Pinecrest Memorial Park. Online guestbook: www.rollerfuneralhomes.com/drummond.
