Christine Marie Cordial, age 63, passed to eternal rest on Sunday, October 29, 2017. She was born in Ireland to Cornelius Timothy and Ida (Wainwright) Buckley, both of whom preceded her in death her father in 1984 and her mother in 2010. Also preceding her in death was her beloved husband and best friend, Mark, who also passed in 2010. She is survived by siblings Eileen Buckley Knowles and Timothy Michael Buckley, both of England and Keiran Christopher Buckley of France. Christine and Mark always took in rescue dogs to love, and she is survived by two special ones, Rascal and Muffin. She is also survived by a host of friends and church family, who were her support during her two-year struggle against cancer. For many years Christine served as a popular and sought-after substitute in Mountain Home Kindergarten and Elementary Schools, later accepting full-time employment to patiently teach Kindergarten students to love the use of computers. She was adored by staff and students alike. She is remembered fondly for her Christ-like and humorous good spirit, as well as for her lovely Irish/English accent and interesting sayings.
Memorial services will be Thursday, November 9, 2017 at 6:30 pm at Mountain Home Church of Christ with Brother Ken Burton officiating.
I'm so sorry to hear of Christine’s passing. Loosing a loved one is never easy. I lost my dad in 2010, and my mom in 2012. After my losses, reading Revelation 21:3,4 gave me real comfort. It says: And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away. I hope reading these verses also give you comfort during this difficult time. GW
I met Christine at Baxter Regional Medical Center, a few years ago. We both worked in the same office there. And I would see her at school where my grand children went. She was truly a pleasure to be around. Such a sweet soul. And she will be greatly missed. My deepest sympathy to all her family and friends, I will never forget her, and her beautiful smiling face.
A beautiful lady inside and out. Always had a smile, so sweet and kind. And of course, I loved to hear her speak. She will be missed.
Christine will be sadly missed and condolences to the family.

On behalf of the members of Alley-White American Legion Auxiliary Unit 52 in Mountain Home, we send our most sincere condolences. Christine was a member of our unit for 11 years, and was active until after Mark passed away, when she went to work as a teacher. We will miss her smiling face, her positive attitude, and the sound of her lovely voice. We will drape our Unit Charter in her memory on Monday night at our monthly meeting.
Though I know that this is a difficult time for you, my hope is that you will be comforted from God's inspired word the Bible. John 5:28,29 and Revelation 21: 3,4 gives hope of a future resurrection and the complete elimination of death, pain and mourning. Under Jesus' kingdom rule we have this and much more to look forward to. Please accept my deepest condolences.
