Clyde Leroy Vaughn, 86, of Clinton was born January 8, 1931 to the late Homer and Lillie Vaughn in Oklahoma, passed away October 6, 2017 in Clinton, Arkansas.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife of over forty years, Dora Vaughn, five brothers; Richard Vaughn, Kenny Vaughn, George Vaughn, Bob Vaughn, Clarence Vaughn, and one sister, Doris Vaughn.
Left to cherish his memory are two brothers; Junior Vaughn of Henrietta, Oklahoma, Tommy Vaughn of Wheeling, West Virginia, one sister, Nina Belle of Purcell, Oklahoma and special friends, Denise Rodgers of Fairfield Bay, Arkansas, Nathan and Tawny Basinger of Conway, Arkansas.
Funeral Services will be at 10:30 am on Friday, October 13, 2017 at the Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Clinton, Arkansas. Guests will be received beginning at 9:00 am the day of the service. I'm so sorry to hear of Clyde’s passing. Loosing a loved one is never easy. I lost my dad in 2010, and my mom in 2012. After my losses, reading Revelation 21:3,4 gave me real comfort. It says: And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away. I hope reading these verses also give you comfort during this difficult time. GW
