Bonnie B. Lewallen Milligan, 95, of Charlotte, Arkansas died Saturday, July 29, 2017.
Born September 19, 1921 in Cord, Arkansas, she was the daughter of Arch Lewallen and Lucy Bullington Lewallen.
Bonnie retired with Baldwin Electronics in North Little Rock, Arkansas and also attended North Little Rock Beauty School. She took pride in keeping her home clean, working in her yard, and she enjoyed eating out with friends and family.
Survivors include her niece, Sharon Lillard and her husband, Bill, of Cord and nephew, Ron Lewallen, and his wife, Martha, of Batesville, Arkansas, nephews, Jerrel Lillard and his wife, Doris, of Charlotte, Arkansas and Eddie James of Little Rock, Arkansas; nieces, Pat Simpson and her husband,Gene, of Charlotte, Peggy Green of Terre Haute, Indiana, Cathy Sinapeodis and her husband, Mike, of Jacksonville, Arkansas and Phyllis Treece and her husband, James, of Columbia, Missouri; six great-nieces and nephews; nine great-great nieces and nephews; and five great-great-great-nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Harral Milligan; sister, Monnie Raye Lewallen; and brothers, Dean Lewallen and Kern Lewallen.
Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, August 1, 2017, at Cord Baptist Church with Bro. Jeff Childers officiating. Music will be provided by Emma Bryant, Charles Landers and Sharon Lillard.
Burial will be in Oaklawn Cemetery at Batesville under the direction of Roller-Crouch Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Barry Lillard, Lindsey Castleberry, Darren Lillard, Ron Lewallen, Josh Bryant and Archie Lewallen.
Honorary pallbearers are Bill Lillard, Jerrel Lillard and Gene Simpson.
A special thanks to Bonnie's caregivers, Carol Wood, Lona Faye Lancaster, Hazel Cranfill and Carol Anderson.
Visitation is from 5:00-7:00 p.m., Monday, July 31, 2017, at the funeral home.
