William Curtis Keech, Sr. age 84 of Mountain View, Arkansas passed away at the Regional Medical VA Hospital in Little Rock, Arkansas on July 24, 2017. His ability as an insurance adjuster garnered the respect of his co-workers and customers alike until he retired from the industry in early 1973. Upon leaving the insurance industry he opened a highly successful clock sales and repair business in Memphis where he also repaired, rented, bought, and sold violins. Upon his retirement he moved to Mountain View where he was an active member of the music scene. Curtis was a veteran who served his country in the United States Army, and was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Mountain View, Arkansas.
Curtis is survived by his wife, Chris Keech of Mountain View, Arkansas; two sons, Randy Keech of Mountain View, Arkansas, Curtis Keech, Jr. and wife Carolyn of Southaven, Mississippi; one daughter, Nancy Holyfield of Arlington, Tennessee; twelve grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, along with a host of extended family and friends.
Curtis was preceded in death by his parents, Edward Lester and Ida (Worley) Keech; wife, Janet (Huffmaster) Keech; five sisters, and five brothers.
Visitation will be Friday, July 28, 2017, from 10:00-11:00AM at First Assembly of God Church (Dome) in Mountain View, Arknasas. Funeral services will follow the visitation beginning at 11:00AM with Rev. Bobby Ragan officiating. A graveside service will take place on July 28, 2017, 3:00PM at Evening Shade-Sharp County Cemetery in Evening Shade, Arkansas.
We are so sorry to hear of Curtis death, and our prayers go to the family. Curtis was a very good friend for over 20 years, and will cherish our memories of our good times.

Curtis was always very kind to me , he taught me a lot about the guitar and the chords progressions ,, Curtis will be sorely missed at the picking park ,, rest in peace Curtis
Sorry to hear about Cutis' passing. We enjoyed getting to know him in these past few years and seeing him at the Kent family reunion.
Sorry about Curtis's passing will miss him, loved him sharing his early years.. in Sunday School Class how God has been with him, & his trust in God now..."Our ever present help in time of trouble".

Your father was a great friend. We enjoyed his visits down at our shop & on the square. He was an excellent musician. We had the utmost respect for him. He will be greatly missed.
