Timothy Aaron Boak II of Proctor, Arkansas passed away July 13, 2017.
Timothy was born July 22 1991 in Memphis, Tennessee.
Timothy is survived by his mother, Terri Kelley and Step-Father, Ray Kelley; Father, Timmy Boak, Siblings, Trey Kelley, Barry Kelley, Chelsea Boak, and Christy Poe. Maternal grandmother, Faye Hooker; Paternal Grandparents, Aaron and Peggy Boak; and Step grandmother Lou Kelley; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his Maternal grandfather, Donald Hooker, and Step-grandfather, Clyde Kelley.
Visitation will be 11:00 AM until service time at 12:00 Noon Friday, July 21, 2017 where a Celebration of Life Service will take place at the Marion United Methodist Church, in Marion, Arkansas. Where a reception will immediately follow for all guest.
