Ronny Jeffries, 73, of Batesville, died Sunday, July 16, 2017.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy.
Survivors are his daughters, Heather Hudec of Tulsa, OK and Krista Jeffries of Batesville; brother, Garry Jeffries of Mayflower; sister, Carolyn Stewart of Batesville; three grandchildren, Jackson Hudec, Joseph Hudec, and Elizabeth Hudec; two nephews; one niece; and several great-nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, H.S. and Rosetta Jeffries.
Memorial service to be held at a later date.

I would like to express Condolences to the Jeffery family for your loss. I smile as I think back over the times Ronnie and I shared, some were great and some were just not believable but they are real and did happen. Ronnie ran with me on the ground and he flew with me in the air but at the end of the day we had each others back. You will be greatly missed my friend and you leave me now drifting back over the times we shared.
