Chlois Chirene Honley , 90 of Romance passed away Sunday. July 16, 2017. She was born May 21, 1927 to the late Phillip Franklin and Dora Elizabeth (Hays) Quattlebaum.

She is preceded in death by her parents her husband Elmer Honley of 30 years; two brothers Carthel Quattlebaum and Gary Hughes.

She is survived by one son Jerry Covington (Judy) of Searcy; one daughter Janita Hodges (Scotty) of Searcy; six grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

Chlois was an avid gardener, very active in church and enjoyed singing specials. She was also a loving sweet woman who enjoyed spending time with her family.

Funeral services will be held 10:00A.M. Wednesday July 19, 2017, at the Bethel Freewill Baptist Church in Gravel Hill, with Brother Robin Covington officiating. Visitation will be held Tuesday, July 18, 2017 from 6-8P.M. at the Roller-Daniel Funeral Home in Searcy. Interment will be at the Gray Cemetery in Gravel Hill.
