Julia Mae (Blevins) Duchanoy, 91, of Locust Grove, passed from this life Tuesday, July 11, 2017.
She was born on January 13, 1926 in Locust Grove, Arkansas to W.E. (Ezra) Blevins and Irene (Jones) Blevins.
She is survived by two sons, Larry Duchanoy (wife, Kathy) of Batesville, Tim Duchanoy of Batesville; daughter, Tammy Adams (husband, Randy) also of Batesville; five grandchildren, Marty Duchanoy, Leah Bilbrey, Amy Brinkley, Faith Ann Duchanoy, and Andrea Paige Garner; four great-grandchildren, Brady Johnson, Beauen Brinkley, Braylen Duch Brinkley and Brinley Garner; sister, Ruth (Blevins) Massey of Batesville; as well and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ezra and Irene Blevins; her husband of 71 years, Andrew James Duchanoy (Dutch); three brothers, Adrian Blevins, Calvin Blevins, and Dwight Blevins, and sister Flossie (Blevins) Harrah.
Pallbearers are Michael Brinkley, Justin Garner, Gary Taylor, Bo Reynolds, Shane Blevins, and Keith Anderson. Honorary pallbearer will be Bill Waldrip.
The funeral service will be at 2:00 pm on Saturday, July 15, 2017 at Locust Grove Missionary Baptist Church with Sammy Bennett officiating. Burial will follow at Locust Grove Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm on Saturday at the church before the service.
