Donald Eugene Wright Sr., 66 of Charleston passed away on Monday, April 24, 2017 in Charleston. He was born on April 26, 1950 in La Junta, Colorado to his parents Orville James Wright and Georgia Lee (Thatcher) Franklin. Donald was a retired machinist and enjoyed, hunting, fishing, street rods and riding motorcycles.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Orville James Wright and Georgia Lee (Thatcher) Franklin; one son, Rodney James Wright and one granddaughter, Brittney Marie Bunch.
He is survived by his wife of thirty seven years, Terrie (Malding) Wright of Charleston; two daughters, Gaylene Hutchins and husband Johnny of Paris and Autumn Bunch of Charleston; nine sons, Pete Wright and wife Kathy of Midway, Chris Bunch and wife Shawn of Charleston, Jeff Bunch and wife Martha of Rudy, Del Wilhelm and wife Amanda of Charleston, David Wilhelm and wife Brittney of Cecil, Jared Wilhelm of Charleston, Dakota Bunch of Greenwood and Tyler and Triston Bunch of Charleston; one sister, Carol Wright of California; three brothers, Richard Wright and wife Judy of California, Rick Brannum and wife Martha of California and Jerry Langley of California; twenty nine grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Wednesday, April 26, 2017 at Roller Funeral Home Chapel in Paris officiated by John Hood. Cremation will follow the service under the direction of Roller Funeral Home in Paris.

I am so sorry to hear of Don's passing. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. Reading Rev. 21:3, 4 have always brought me comfort, and hopefully will do the same for you.
So very sorry to hear about Donnie, I haven't seen him in years, but I have thought of him often over the years, always loved him.
