What an amazing woman this family has lost. She loved her family dearly and looked forward to spending every moment she could with them. Always putting them before herself. A very loving kind and gentle person that touched the lives of so many in such a way it is always remembered. We offer our sympathy and prayers to all of this very close, loving family and just pray that her legacy is kept alive and that legacy is FAMILY! God Bless all of you.

Precious Moments are made minute by minute and day by day. So thankful I had time to spend with u and hear your ghost stories. You made beautiful crafts and showed me the state of Arkansas and Missouri. We went to the Precious Moments in Carthage. Missouri and wandered the hills of Branson, Missouri. I will always cherish that and your 4 am visits. Rest in Peace. You are home now.

Our Aunt Barb loved life. She had a zest for having fun and taking care of others. More than anything, she loved her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She taught me how to crochet and make stuffed teddy bears and bunnies. She was creative with crafts and an excellent cook. She was intelligent, too. She was a published author and a strong leader among strong women. Aunt Barb would have kicked butt as a frontier's woman because she was strong in character and spiritedness. She loved her clothes, her antiques, and her memories of the good times. I am going to miss her laugh. I am going to miss her telling me, "Now little Vera...." She was like a mother to me. She told me that I was her "little" girl because she had all those handsome boys and she needed a few little girls (me and JoJo). Aunt Barb always made us feel loved. Making people feel love is a gift that special people like Aunt Barb gives freely. She gave that gift to us and she was definitely a special Auntie. I am thankful for her love and guidance. I am thankful that she was a strong woman. She is forever in our hearts. See you one day, Aunt Barb. I know your body is at rest but your soul is free to rest now in the palms of our Heavenly Father, for He is good. He loves us and we are all His children. Amen. I am so sad that you are gone. I am so thankful for you - so very proud that I was a part of your life. God Bless You, David, Joe and all the wonderful Vaughn Boys. Love you, all. Little Vera

God loaned us an angel. She was one of a kind. She LOVED me like a mother loves her daughter. And I adored her.
For ever in my heart....
