Ricky Lee ''Rick'' Curtis, Sr. of Marshall, Arkansas passed away on April 2, 2017 in St. Louis, Missouri at Barnes Jewish Hospital. Rick was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma on November 18, 1959 to the late Coy Lee and Ellen Lorene Curtis. Rick worked as a logger and mechanic and attended Round Mountain Church. Rick will be greatly missed by all of his loving family and friends.
Rick is survived by his wife Mary (Stevens) Curtis; children, Crystal Spurlock and husband Gregory, Darla May, Coy Massey and wife Ashley, Cindy White and husband Kevin, Brandon Massey and wife Leanna, Kevin Curtis and wife Megan, Ashley Williams and husband Ben, Ricky Lee Curtis, Jr., Kayla Curtis, and Robyn Curtis; two brothers, Butch and Peanut; as well as eleven grandchildren, Bryston, Reece, Trenton, Rysta, Logan ( BooBoo), Hayden (M&M), Ashlyn (Chicken), Kaileigh (Princess), John (Thumper), Destiny, Skyler, Slade, Talitha, Evan (LeeAiden), and Hunter; along with many extended family and friends.
Rick was preceded in death by his parents; two cousins, Patty and Gary; Uncle Lester; and grandparents, Willie Curtis and Erma Martin.
A memorial service will take place on Saturday, April 8, 2017, at Roller Crouch Chapel in Mountain View, Arkansas with Pastor Carl Chadwick officiating.
Roller Crouch Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
It's Thanksgiving day 2022 , just thinking of you , I'll never forget you , I'm sure you are in a better place , where you can see the light this world is so dark , I try to be a light in it but feel like I'm all alone in doing it , love you cousin , brother Rick

Rick I can't believe you've already been gone for over 5 years , but I still think about you a lot , I wish you were still here so I could give you a call and have a chat , I can't believe what happened to Mary jo either , we had been doing a lot of talking and becoming friends and she just stopped answering me , then I read on here how she was in a fire , so sad and tragic , I could not believe it , so much of our family is gone , I love and miss you both
I think of you each day with the warmest of thoughts n a my heart filled with love for only you I carry you with me every where I go n I sleep with you each night for the life that we have built together will help keep me strong as I am waiting for you to come take me to our new home together forever we will be sitting at the feet of Jesus
