Jim was like a second Dad to me. He never told me no to anything that I needed that he could help me with. He was a great boss and his family are like my own. He was one of the most generous people I've ever met. It didn't matter to him the color of someone's skin or their background. It just mattered if he could help them. Not only Conway but all of Arkansas lost a great man that never said a lot but could calm any situation. Every morning started with a Pepsi and a box of donuts even if he had been out all night working.
I am saddened at the news of Jim's passing. He was always good and fair to me. He will be missed by many. RIP, Jim Smith
I'm sorry to here about your families loss.
Big Jim was one of the nicest person you could meet.
My prayers are with your family.
You have my sincere sympathy. May your memories of your loved
one and the hopes of seeing our dead loved ones come back to
life comfort you during these difficult times (john 5:28,29).
So saddened to hear of Jim's passing. Much has been said already about Jim's kind heart and generosity. I can only attest to the fact that Jim never met a stranger, or a person on whom he did not leave a lasting impression. My thoughts and prayers are with his family during this difficult time. He will be missed. RIP.

Love to each of you. Donna Beckman
So sorry to hear of Jim's passing. I was a (too good) customer of his down through the years. There was never any doubt that he and Junior would look out for you, take care of you and absolutely earn your trust. I knew he would always be a man of his word.
I will be praying for all of the family at this time of loss until that certain reunion we will have with Jim in the clouds when we meet the Lord in the air.
May our Lord comfort you.
Someone once said that "A great man is always willing to be little." Jim was a sincere quiet man. He was a good man always a willing listener whenever you shared a personal problem or concern with him. And if asked, would offer his opinion or suggestion with a smile. Everything I've ever witnessed about him said he was not only a "good guy" but was also a great man! RIP Jim Smith.
Jim it was so good to know you! It was short lived, as life goes by so quickly. We each go our separate ways a wave, a smile, a hello now and then. We then see your gone and the smile , waves and hello will have to wait. I will see you on the other side. Till Tomorrow. See you Jim!
Prayers for peace & comfort.
