Russell Lee Pruitt passed away Tuesday March 7, 2017 in Conway. He was born April 2, 1959 in San Bernardino, California.
He is survived by his wife of 29 years Roseann Ferris Pruitt, daughter Bianca Nicole Pruitt of Conway, mother Dixie Fallon Bright, one son Nicholas Lee Pruitt of Benton, three brothers Lee (Mary) Pruitt, Bobby Pruitt, Eric (Cheryl), two sisters Karen (Greg) Helmbeck, Edie (Payton) Gage, three grandchildren, Emma, Audrey, and Cooper and several nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents Claude Pruitt and Millie Goodson.
He worked in the HV/AC field in Conway for 35. His passions in life besides his family were fly fishing and camping. He was loved by many friends and family.
A memorial service in his honor will be held at 3 P.M. Saturday March 11, 2017 in the chapel of Roller-McNutt Funeral in Conway, Arkansas.

Reviewing the Internet, I came across another individual that I have known for over 45 years that has died recently, leaving family and friends and now in the presence of the Almighty God. I have known Lee Russell Pruitt for these years although not always been able to be around him totally. When in his presence and around him, Russell was always true and loyal to me as a friend and sometimes I was referred to him as a "big brother." I miss my "little brother" always and wish sincere condolences to his family, brothers and sister.

Very sorry for your loss Roaeann, remember a lot of fun times at Ed's Supply at 9th and Izard with me, my dad and Russ and all those guys. It sure was nice to be young and care free, now I'm that old guy now. He was proud as a peacock when he started dating you. You guys had 29 years together , cherish the memories. Russ was a good guy. My sincerist condolences to RoseAnn, Nicholas, and Bianca. What an absolute shock!! Russ was always like an older brother to me. Him and RoseAnn were always one of the constants in my crazy life. I had no family here, and they became that for me. I remember when they were dating when we were all SO much younger, then the most fun wedding that you can imagine.
