Dallas Glenn Henderson, 93, of Clinton was born on November 10, 1923 to the late Alonzo and Lena (May) Henderson in Patmos, Arkansas and passed from this life on March 6, 2017 at his home. Dallas served his country with distinction during WWII as a Tail Gunner on a B24 and on the 998 Bomb Squad in the United States Army Air Corps. After the war, he worked for the United States Postal Service for over two decades. After retiring, Dallas and Betty moved to Clinton and created a wonderful life together. They are members of the First United Methodist Church in Clinton, Arkansas.

Dallas is preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Carl Henderson and Daris Henderson and one sister, Lou Etta Jackson.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife of over seventy years, Betty Henderson, four sons; Randall Henderson, Steven Henderson, Donald Henderson (Nancy) and David Henderson (Lynell), eight grandchildren, six great grandchildren other relatives and many friends.

Visitation will be at 9:00 am on Friday, March 10, 2017 at the Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Clinton, Arkansas. Funeral services will follow at 10:00 am at the funeral home. Interment will be at Friday at 3:00 pm at the Union Cemetery in Rosston, Arkansas.

My good neighbor and kind friend Dallas will be sadly missed. He was a fine man and a treasure to our community. I know he was a faithful servant to His Lord. Prayers going up for his family and especailly his sweet, precious wife, Betty.
