Lois Fielder, 85, of Marvell, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, February 28, 2017 in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Mrs. Fielder was born April 16, 1931 at Parkin, Arkansas to the late Alfred and Willdora Ligon Holloway. She was a member of the County Line Baptist Church, loved gardening and worked as a secretary for Federal Compress for around 20 years.

Mrs. Fielder is survived by one son, Mark (Patti) Fielder of Bono, Arkansas; two grandchildren, Dustin Hearne and Kelly Hearne both of Little Rock, Arkansas; two sisters, Dorothy Cavette of Marvell and Billie Allen of Connell's Point, Arkansas; three nieces, Marcia Gay Griffin, Sharon Short and Debbie Shackelford along with several nephews, cousins and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Tiny Fielder; and a brother, Charles Holloway.

Funeral services for Thelma Lois Fielder will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, March 4, 2017 at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home. Visitation will be held prior to services beginning at 10:00 a.m. Brother Charlie Warren will officiate. Burial will at Eventide Cemetery in Marvell.

Pallbearers are Gene Davison, Dustin Hearne, Corey Shackelford, Nicholas Shackelford, Perry Holloway and Jonathan Short.

Honorary Pallbearers are Wendell Holloway, Tommie Shackelford, Scott Short, Donald Cavette, Darrell Cavette, John Monroe, Steve Guest, Perry Reed, Stephen Crisp and Chuck Griffin.

Services will be directed by Roller-Citizens Funeral Home, West Helena (870) 572-2571.

I am so sorry for your loss. Lois was loved by so many. She was my true friend for over 65 years. I will greatly miss her,. May God bless her family and give them comfort at this time. Rest in peace dear friend....
