Sherry Ann Lackie, 74, passed away March 1, 2017. She was born on Thursday, May 21, 1942 in Conway, Arkansas to the late James Edward and Odella Marie (Bailey) Wimberly.

She leaves to cherish her memory, five loving grandchildren, Christopher and Justin Geeslin of Conway, Jennifer LeAnn Causey (Jake) of Mayflower, Brandon Baty of Conway, Adam Parlett of Mayflower, and three great-grandchildren Daniel, Levi and Abigail Causey. Three brothers, Edward Allen Wimberly of Conway, James Gary Wimberly (Ginger) of Mabelvale, Ronald Keith Wimberly (Joyce) of Conway and many other family members and friends.

Sherry enjoyed spending time in her yard, enjoying her flowers and watching her goldfish in her pond but most of all spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Sherry spent her entire lifetime as a homemaker and her greatest joys of life were being a wife for 50 years married to Carl, and being a Mother, Grandmother, and Great-Grandmother.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by the love of her life Carl Gene Lackie, three daughters Nancy Ann Lackie, Sherry Marie Geeslin, and Phyllis Arlene Butler. They are together forever in Heaven.

The family would like to express heartfelt appreciation to all the caregivers who provided loving compassion during this difficult time.

There will be a graveside service at Crestlawn Memorial Park, Conway, Arkansas at 2:00pm Wednesday, March 8th. Arrangements by Roller-McNutt Funeral Home, Conway.

Dear family,
I spent many days at the Lackie home growing up. Phyllis and I were friends. I remember Mrs Lackie being so kind and she had a great sense of humor. I am praying for the family to have strength and feel God 's love during this difficult time.
