Susie (Burns) Johnson, 62, of Mountain View, Arkansas passed away on Sunday, February 19, 2017 at her home in Mountain View, Arkansas. Susie was born on September 3, 1954 in Monroe, Arkansas to Ivan and Ruby (Benham) Burns. Susie was a member of Blue Mountain Baptist Church in Timbo, Arkansas and will be deeply missed by all of her loving family and friends.
Susie is survived by her mother, Ruby (Benham) Burns; husband, Eddie Johnson; son, Everett Burns and wife Mary; daughter, Rebecca Pringlemeir and husband Mike; bonus mother, Wilma Johnson; bonus children, Amie Mitchell and husband Kevin; Zane Johnson and wife Samantha, Amanda Johnson and fiancé Joshua Kirby, Amelia Mask and husband Chris; brothers, Jimmy Burns, Tommy Burns, and Jeff Burns; sister Carol (Burns) Mitchell; thirteen grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and many friends and family.
Susie was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Harvey and wife Jessy, maternal grandparents, RG Benham and Littie (Jones); father, Ivan Burns and infant daughter, Tammy Burns.
Visitation is Wednesday, February 22, 2017, from 12:00-2:00 PM at Roller Coffman Chapel in Mountain View, Arkansas. Funeral services will follow the visitation beginning at 2:00PM also at Roller Coffman Chapel with Brother Daryl Pitts officiating. Interment will be at Blue Mountain Baptist Cemetery in Timbo, Arkansas following the service.
Pallbearers are Curt McClanahan, Denver Morgan, Mason Patrick, Brad McNealy, David Powell, and Levi Balentine. Honorary pallbearers are J.E. Webb, Keith Morgan, Truman Bullard, Rick VanEvera, Chris Mitchell, and John Fitzgerald.
Roller Coffman Funeral Home in Mountain View, Arkansas is in charge of the arrangements.
