Earl Freman Jones, 84, of Batesville, died Wednesday, February 1, 2017.
He was born on March 17, 1932 in Tuckerman, Arkansas to Chester Jones and Fronie (Hunter) Jones.
He is survived by his wife, Janice Jones of Southside; daughter, Debbie Easley of Southside; son, Tim Jones (wife, Amy) of Sacramento, CA; son-in-law, Don Lambert of Mayflower; six grandchildren, Greg Gordon of Murfreesboro, TN, Meagan Wood of Southside, Jennifer Jones of Everta, CA, Susan Kamper of Potosi, MO, Jeff Jones of Batesville, Jessica Gay of Southside; twelve great-grandchildren; sister, Nancy Smith of Mountain View; brother, Marcus Jones of Mountain View; sister-in-law, Sue Jones of Sherwood; sister-in-law, Ruth Jones of Tuckerman; as well as several nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents; daughter Terrye Jones Lambert; brothers, Chester Jones Jr., Bobby Jones, Dicky Jones, and Jackie Jones; and his sister, Patsy Largent.
A Memorial Service will be at 2:00 pm on Sunday, February 5, 2017 at Roller-Crouch Funeral Home in Batesville with Troy Henley officiating.
