Mrs. Sue Reedy, age 84, passed away on January 26th, 2017. She was born on November 9th, 1932 to Grover Cleveland Hardcastle and Vella May Hensly in DeCature, TN. She was a loving wife of 50 years to Verlin Reedy who passed away October 9th, 1999.
She then married her childhood sweet heart Elbert Clifton Miller for a short time before he passed away on July 21st, 2003. Mrs. Sue attended River of Life Assembly of God in Gassville and Corner Stone Four Square Church in St. Charles, Missouri.
Momma Sue is survived by her son Butch Reedy of Mountain Home, her Daughter Wendy Sutterfield (Paul) of Gassville, one grand-daughter Rayelynn Sutterfield, and her brother George Hardcastle( Pat). She is preceded in death by her father Grover Cleveland Hardcastle, her mother Vella May Hardcastle, four brothers; Jay Hardcastle, Eugene Hardcastle, Jim Hardcastle, and Buddy Hardcastle, four sisters; Reba Self, Lola Hickerson, Nina Wallace, and Zelma Hardcastle.
Visitation will be at the River of Life Assembly of God on Monday January 30th, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. with a funeral service following at 11:00 am. Interment will follow in Oakland Cemetery.

I am very sorry for the loss of your mommy! She will allways be remembered as a sweet loving lady who was always there for all the kids in O'Fallon. We loved her as much as she love doing us! Wendy i am so sorry about your mom but reading about her she is with her mom and dad 4 sisters and 4 brothers WOW they our al showing her around heaven. And you know in her heart she would reather be with you😘😇 But she had a lot of family welcoming her and singing and thanking God for taking her. You know that's it's not our time it's on Gods time and he was needing another Angel to watch over you all😢My prayers are with your whole familyðŸ™ðŸ»ðŸ™ðŸ»

Your Mom was the best, she always made us all feel at home and always had a kind word with a smile, my heart goes out to you both. My deepest condolences to the family..
Butch and Wendy my thoughts and prayers are with you. I didn't realize that so many of the Hardcastle's had passed. Reminded me of the song "Daddy Sang Bass" I remember how they all liked to play and sing. They now have one more voice.... Love, Linda Kay
