We met Rusty about a year and a half ago and came to love her dearly, as almost everyone that EVER met her did! She was full of love and joy and peace; she was a true sister in Christ. I fully anticipate seeing her again in Heaven with our Savior!!

Ms Barrows was one of the sweetest people I ever met. She was always happy and never met a stranger.

Rusty was a member of my family in every way that counts. She was a very close family friend, like a sister to my Ma'ma, Sally Palmer, and Granny, Margie Moats. My mother, Betty Robinson was also very close to her. I don't remember a time when I didn't know and love Rusty. As a little girl I remember she and her husband Paul ran a little restaurant across from where my Ma'ma, Granny and now mother live. Rusty had the most tender heart of anyone I know, and no animal ever went un-loved or hungry as long as she was able to take care of them. I love you Rusty, and know that you are in Heaven with a brand new set of wings. And you are in very good company with Paul, my Ma'ma, Granny and every animal you every came across. May God Bless You Rusty, as you blessed us by just being you.
