Lelia Evelyn Stewart, 79, of Mountain View, Arkansas went to her heavenly home on December 20, 2016. She was born July 16, 1937 to Cailey and Vada (Morrison) Caston. Lelia was a homemaker, and enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren; watching birds, coloring, reading, playing cards, and babysitting. She was an amazing wife, mother, sister, grandmother and friend.

Lelia is survived by her two daughters; Sherry Nesbitt and Lesa Mitchell (Steve), one sister; Thelma Dobbins, and five grandchildren; James Stewart, Eric Mitchell, Allison Guye, Melissa Clark, and Cory Pierce; and nine great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; Cailey and Vada (Morrison) Caston, beloved husband; Bob Stewart, brother; Cleo Caston, sister; Chloe Storey, and son in law; Dan Nesbitt.

Pallbearers are Gary Stewart, Jeff Carlton, Stewart Carlton, Parker Jaynes, Steve Dobbins, and Clint Clark. Honorary Pallbearers are The Staff of The Highlands of Mountain View.

Visitation will be held Thursday, December 22, 2016 at 9:00 AM at Whitewater Baptist Church in Mountain View, Arkansas. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 AM with Brother Phil Sutton officiating. Interment will be at Levisy Flat Cemetery in Mountain View, Arkansas.

Roller Crouch Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Sherry, Lesa and family,
I am so very sorry for your loss. Lelia was such a sweet lady and will be missed by all that had the honor of knowing her. My prayers and love are with you all and I pray that God comforts you all in a way that only he can.

Lelia was a beautiful person inside and out. It has been many years since I last saw her, but I always will remember her kindness and love.
