Barbara Jean Schrimsher, 67, of Southside died Sunday, November 27, 2016.
Born March 3, 1949, in Batesville, she was the daughter of James R. Ford and Ruth (Reding) Ford.
She retired with Wal-Mart and was a member of White Drive Baptist Church in Batesville.
Survivors include a son, Chris Petree, of Batesville; a daughter, Rhonda Moran (Kevin) of Desha; her father, James Ford of Southside; three grandchildren, Britney Wilson, Krissy Howk, Kaden Moran and Jeremiah Moran; and three great-grandchildren, Sunny Wilson, Hunter Howk and Hayden Howk.
She was preceded in death by her mother; husband, Bill Schrimsher; and brother, Gary Ford.
There will be a funeral service at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, November 30, 2016, at the Roller-Crouch Funeral Home Chapel in Batesville with Rev. Adam Longo officiating.
Pallbearers will be Steven Moran, Richard Buffalo, Dimmick Bymaster, Kevin Schertz, Tad Legros and Tyler Oliveira.
Burial will be at Blue Springs Cemetery in Newark.
Visitation is from 5:00-7:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 29, 2016.
