Jackie Lynn Maxwell went home to be with our Lord Monday, November 14, 2016. Jackie was the daughter of Carol Ray Starr and Mattie Lue (Waddle) Starr.
She is preceded in death by her father, Carol Ray Starr.
Jackie is survived by her daughter, Jessica Diane Maxwell and Jessica's father, Doug Maxwell, her mother, Mattie Lue Starr, two sisters, Renee Starr and Madelyn Richmond and husband Tony, two brothers, Matthew Starr and Joey Balentine and wife Adrienne, and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and close friends.
Pallbearers: Scott Gentry, Andy Farmer, Tony Richmond, Chris McNew, Glen Spears and Todd Gentry.
Graveside Service will be 10:00am Monday, November 21, 2016 at Cypress Valley Cemetery Vilonia, Arkansas.

My darling baby sister, I love you so very much. I'm going to miss your voice, your beautiful smile, your silly little laugh. I will miss seeing you walk down the driveway, coming over to get your meds, and even just you standing there watching us all doing whatever. Your beautiful on the inside and just as beautiful on the outside. I'm going to miss all these things but I look forward to "When I can see you again" We have had our good times and bad times but no matter what, we were still sisters and nothing or no one could take that away. I will love you forever and ever!

Dear Mattie and Family,
