Patricia Lynn Smith, 76, of Tumbling Shoals, Arkansas died Tuesday, September 13, 2016, at her residence.

Born March 5, 1940, in Los Angeles, California, she was the daughter of Leslie Howard Foote and Lillian May Hazen Miller.

She loved cooking for and spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She enjoyed fishing and relaxing in her backyard watching Arkansas wildlife, especially the deer.

Survivors include her husband Austin Dean Smith of Tumbling Shoals; a son, Leslie Smith and his wife, April, of Heber Springs, Arkansas; a daughter, Cheryl Lewis and her husband, Chuck, of Batesville, Arkansas; grandsons, Ian Roberts and his wife, Bo, of Reno, Nevada, Cory Smith of Heber Springs; granddaughters, Kira Cross and her husband, Charlie, of Ignacio, Colorado, Brittany Smith of Heber Springs; and two great-grandchildren, Elyse Debra Roberts of Reno, Nevada and Aiden Tyler Smith of Heber Springs. She is also survived by a brother, Raymond Foote of Palm Springs, California; a sister, Donna Stone of Modesto, California; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and a daughter, Debra Roberts.

There will be a private memorial service for the family at a later date.

Arrangements are by Roller-Crouch Funeral Home of Batesville.
