Art was a very special person who will always hold a special place in our hearts. It was a privilege to know Art. He will be missed but not mourned because we know we will see him again! He was always a joy to be around and his laugh will be irreplaceable. Our time together on earth was short. He is in a new body now with no health problems! Art, we promise to continue helping and loving your dear wife, Barbara. It is an honor to call Art and Barbara our dear, dear friends.

I remember one time walking up to the doors of the Fellowship Hall and stopping before entering. I stepped back and watched Art and Barbara dancing closely. Their love for each other was totally evident in how they held each other and the looks on their faces. I didn't want that moment for them to stop!

Art not only talked the talk, but he walked the walk. He knew the Bible and lived it-that was obvious in our encounters with him/them. He loved our Lord as Barbara does.

From one Airman to another, I give you a final salute my dear friend!

Love always,
John and Sue Smallwood

Words cannot express our sadness. May the comfort of God help you through this difficult time. Occasionally in life you meet that very Special Couple who is a Privilege to call friend’s. Art had a Passion to God and his beloved family. We loved Art’s Bible Teaching and his smile would light up the room. Those we Love can never be more than a thought away, for as long as there’s a memory they live in our hearts to stay. With Deepest Sympathy, You are in our Thoughts, Hearts, and Prayers.

Sincerely the Relic’s
