Charlie Kate Kordsmeier, infant daughter of Luke and Mandy Kordsmeier of Benton went to heaven on Thursday, August 4, 2016.
She is also survived by her sister, Peyton Rae Kordsmeier, maternal grandparents, Jeff & Leah Sperry, and paternal grandparents, Bob & Rita Kordsmeier.
A graveside service will be held at 9:00 a.m. Friday, August 5, 2016 at Pinecrest Memorial Park in Alexander officiated by Father Y.C.
Memorials in Charlie Kate's name may be made to Turner Syndrome Foundation, 1 Bethany Rd., Suite 5, Hamlet, NJ 07730.
