Sherri Lea Dodson, 45 of Lamar, passed away Friday, July 15, 2016 in Little Rock. Sherri was born December 24, 1970 in Russellville to Mr. Clarence ''Satch'' and Frankie Marie (Freeman) Barber. She was a member of the Cabin Creek Baptist Church, and loved spending time with her friends, family, and church family. Sherri is preceded in death by her parents.
Mrs. Dodson is survived by her husband, Terry Dodson; two sons, Randy and Tiffany Dodson of Parker Chapel, AR, and Jason Dodson of North Little Rock; one brother, Anthony and Cathy Barber of Tualatin OR; three grandchildren, Maddie, Tyler, and Micah Dodson; grandmother, Thursetta Freeman; along with many other loving family members.
Visitation will be 5:00 7:00 P.M. Sunday, July 17, 2016 at the Roller-Cox Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral service will be 10:00 A.M. Monday, July 18, 2016 at the Cabin Creek Baptist Church, with Pastor Lynn Garmroth officiating. Interment will follow in the Annie's Chapel Cemetery, with Jason Dodson, Randy Dodson, Shaun Mason, Mike Collins, Kirk Barber, and Tim Barber serving as pallbearers.
