Steve and family,
I am so sorry for your loss. I enjoyed visiting with both your parents in the past few years and I know Nancy treasured Lavelle's friendship. Praying for comfort for all of your family during this time of loss.

Dear Steve McKnight & Family,
My sympathies to you and your family during this time of loss. In the 70's my mother and brother would come to Clinton during the summers to visit my Grandma Huffer, or Ma Huffer as she was sometimes called. We would take her to town, and she always wanted to stop by the bank to visit your parents. I was young at the time, but I do remember my grandma always speaking very highly of you and your parents. I believe she thought of you as a grandson, as she said you were always visiting and playing cards together, and generally just sharing your time with her. Again, my thoughts and prayers during this time. Kay Huffer-Henson

I have known Lavelle for many years, we attended South Side School together. She was a Senior to my junior, but we all grew up together, Bud, Lavelle and I.

I know this is very hard for you losing both parents eleven days apart, but neither one is having any pain and they are together again in the presence of Jesus.

God bless everyone

Steve and Family,
I had the privilege of working at Clinton State Bank with both of your parents. That was my first job and they were both so kind and made me feel welcome. Your Mom and I went on break together many times. I loved them both and I'm so sorry for your loss but I know that they are together now once again and happy.
God Bless you all
