Dortha Mae Long, 85, of Mountain View, Arkansas passed away at her home on Friday, June 3, 2016 surrounded by her family. Dortha was born on August 11, 1930 in Hanover, Arkansas to the late Walter and Mary Elizabeth (Halpain) Stewart. Dortha was a homemaker and will be greatly missed by all of her loving friends and family.

Dortha is survived by one son, David Lee Long of Onia, Arkansas; six brothers, Joe Stewart of Mountain View, Arkansas, Russell Stewart of Sacramento, California, Marvin Stewart of Moline, Illinois, Boss Stewart of Prim, Arkansas, Jimmy Stewart of Coal Valley, Illinois, and Howard Stewart of Colona, Illnois; two sisters, Clara Freeze and Shirley Wright both of Mountain View, Arkansas; five grandchildren, Kyra Rush and Jaimee Clark both of Mountain View, Arkansas, Elizabeth Long of Onia, Arkansas, Cody Comeau of Mountain View, Arkansas and Aleck Long of Onia, Arkansas, as well as three great-grandchildren and a host of extended family and friends.

Dortha was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Aleck Carl Long; sisters, Jean Shaffer, Lela Laycook, Viola Virginia Minnick, Wanda Stubbs and one granddaughter, Megin Long.

A visitation will take place on Sunday, June 5, 2016 from 6-8PM at Roller Coffman Chapel in Mountain View, Arkansas. Funeral services will take place on Monday, June 6, 2016, 2:00PM at Roller Coffman Chapel in Mountain View, Arkansas with Brother Dale Hershberger officiating. Interment will be at Case Cemetery in Mountain View, Arkansas.

Pallbearers are Terry Stewart, Steve Dobbins, Eddie Neel, Joe Harrison, Ronald Clark, and Lonnie Clark. Honorary pallbearers are Joe Stewart, Russell Stewart, Marvin Stewart, Boss Stewart, Jimmy Stewart, and Howard Stewart.

Roller Coffman Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
