Carl Grant Ham, Sr., age 82, of Jasper, Arkansas, passed away Sunday, May 29, 2016, in Mountain Home, Arkansas. He was born February 3, 1934, in Jasper, the son of Custer and Goldie (Burdine) Ham.

Carl served in the Air Force during the Korean War. He took pride in managing movie theaters, real estate sales and owning and managing a mobile home park. He loved his family and showed it by the example he set for them.

Carl was preceded in death by his first wife, Julia Mary (Silva) Ham; his second wife, Dixie Evelyn (Hathaway) Ham; his son, Randy Lee Still; his daughter, Amy Rose (Ham) Byas; and his granddaughter, Lisa Dawn Steiniger.

Carl is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Carl and Mary Ham, Jr., of El Paso, Illinois; his daughter and son-in-law, Janet and Ohmer Dyal, Harrison; his son and daughter-in-law, Bruce and Cathy Still, of Bellflower,
Illinois; his sister, Meredith Whitson, of Russellville, Arkansas; his brother and sister-in-law, Dalton and Donna Ham, of Nixa, Missouri; seven grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers were family and friends.

Honorary pallbearer was Bruce Jones.

Interment was in Jasper Cemetery, Jasper, Arkansas.
