Ruth Ann Dawson Grasse, 72, of Benton went to be with our Lord and Savior on May 22, 2016. She was born September 24, 1943 in Lake Village.

Her family and friends knew her as a lovable, kind person who's greatest love was for her husband, children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and her two dogs, Max and Baby.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Novice and Elaine Dawson and her oldest daughter Christi Lynn Allen.

She is survived by her husband, Jim Grasse; daughter, Melissa Smith; son, Jimmy Grasse (Paula); grandsons, Jason Earp (Kerri), Hunter Smith (Olivia) and Hayden Smith; granddaughters, Jayme Lynn Allen (Matt); Taylor Smith (Josh); five brothers, two sisters and 3three great grandchildren.

Memorial service will be 10 a.m., Saturday, June 4 at the First Baptist Church Benton Family Life Center, Reverend John Guerra officiating.

Cremation arrangements provided by Roller-Ballard Funeral Home in Benton (501-315-4047).

So sorry for your loss. May you find comfort in the words spoken at Revelation 21:3,4
(3) "With that I heard a loud voice from the throne say: “Look! The tent of God is with mankind, and he will reside with them, and they will be his people. And God himself will be with them. (4)
And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away".
