Ashton Blake Sargent, age 25, went home to be with our Lord, Saturday, May 7th, 2016.
He was born June 4, 1990 at Boynton, Florida son of Harold J. Sargent and Kathryn Swofford.

He attended Shirley Junior High then finished his secondary education at Wahconah Regional High School.
Ashton worked as a carpenter for Sargent Panelizing Systems before he served his country as a member
of the Army National Guard as a Specialist.
His Achievements advanced him to the position of head gunner for the Provincial Reconstruction Team Nuristan.
He was a member of the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault).

Ashton is survived by his daughter; Riley Larie Sargent of Pittsfield, MA; his father Harold J. Sargent of Peru, MA;
his mother Kathryn Swofford of Shirley, AR; his sisters' Crystal Swofford of Shirley, AR; Celeste Pugh of Shirley AR;
Sienna Linn of Fairfield Bay, AR; his grandparents, and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

He was loved by all who really knew him, and touched many he briefly met. He loved all who were apart of his life especially children.
He enjoyed adventures in the outdoors; camping, fishing,and hiking. He will be greatly missed by friends and family.

A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00pm Saturday, May 21st, 2016 at Kingdom Gate Ministries, Quail Creek Center, Shirley, AR.

Local Arrangements are under the care and direction of Roller-McNutt Funeral Home of Clinton, Arkansas.
