Happy Birthday Bruce! Although you're not on this Earth any longer I still remembered it was your birthday so here I am. Surely you're shining down on your son and his little family. That dude misses you and a Michael so flipping much as do I. Well and your Potato Soup. Best Potato Soup of my life every time! How I wish I could just get a phone call from you. Just like whenever you'd swing onto town. Going out for some drinks and dancing. Having one hell of a good time. Hearing you laugh the loudest over you own stinkin' jokes. Even though I'd heard the story just about every time I've seen you the one about you and my mom. I really liked hearing that story. Whoever would've thought– my mom froze in motion then a gasp when I told her who I was dating and she said really did you ever tell him who you were. It's been so long... And now my mother is gone too seems I got more loved ones there then here often times it's more than just lonely. But we all find our way in the end. Thank you Bruce (Pop's) for the memories and for your heart and the wisdom and the truths you'd shared and past along to me.
