Shelby Wade Musick, 74, of West Memphis, AR died Monday, April 25, 2016 at Methodist University Hospital in Memphis, TN.

Wade was a US Navy veteran, a member of the American Legion as well as the Forty & Eight Club.

He was preceded in death by his father, Shelby Reed Musick; a brother, Terry Joe Musick; and by a sister, Janice Denice Musick.

Survivors include his wife of 39 years, Annie Musick; his mother, Pauline Hendricks Musick of Carrollton, GA; a daughter, Michelle Musick Smith of San Antonio, TX; 3 sons: Timothy Musick of Germantown, MD, John Bryan McFadden of West Memphis and Todd McFadden (Mary) of West Memphis; a brother, Ronnie Musick (June) of Whitesburg, GA; 2 grandchildren: Tiffany McFadden and Lesley McFadden; 4 great-grandchildren; and also several nieces and nephews.

The visitation will be held at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home in West Memphis on Thursday, April 28, 2016 from 6:00-8:00 PM.

The funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Friday, April 29, 2016 beginning at 10:00 AM.

Interment will take place at Arkansas State Veteran's Cemetery at Birdeye.

So sorry for your loss. May you find comfort in the
words spoken at Revelation 21:3,4 "(3) With that I heard
a loud voice from the throne say: “Look! The tent of God
is with mankind, and he will reside with them, and they
will be his people. And God himself will be with them.
(4 ) And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and
death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry
nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.”
