Joyce had such a sweet soul, no one was ever a stranger to her. She made everyone feel like family at the first meeting, words can not convey just how much she touched me even though I only knew her such a short time. I will miss her smile and her laugh. I pray for peace for her family and friends at this time of loss.
After hearing of Joyce's passing my mind was flooded with all the years of memories our families shared together. Your family was very special to us. I will always treasure those times we spent together. I will be thinking of your family tomorrow.
Sincerely,
Kathy
Ms Joyce was always so sweet to me when I would show up to clean her house! She would tell me she didn't need the help but she appreciated me coming! I will miss her & my prayers are for her sweet family!
Mrs. Joyce was always so kind to all of the kids who arrived at her house or migrated from the neighborhood. She and my Mother (Opal Smith) had many enjoyable visits with one another.
My deepest sympathies to all of you. I know that she will be missed.
"Aunt Joyce" was such a special person in my life and in the lives of all the neighborhood kids. She was so fun to be with and had a way of making everyone feel like they were family. Such wonderful memories were made on East Main and Cedar streets. I am blessed to have grown up in the same neighborhood with her and the Hale, Feimster, Johnson clan! I know there is rejoicing and "talking" as she is in the presence of Jesus and reunited with family and friends.
Praying for the family during this time of saying goodbye and continued missing her until joining her in our forever home with Jesus.
Bob,
Our thoughts & prayers are with you & your family in the loss of your Mother.
